Cinderella's Closet Lingerie is a specialty boutique serving women diagnosed with breast cancer. We provide professional fittings for post-mastectomy bras, breast prostheses, compression garments, and cranial prostheses. We are contracted with select insurance providers and assist clients in obtaining prior authorizations from non-contracted insurers.
2. Services
Our services include, but are not limited to, product fittings, product sales, insurance billing and verification, prior authorization assistance, and customer support related to your order or appointment. Services are provided by appointment and are subject to availability.
3. Appointments, Payment, and Insurance
Clients are responsible for providing accurate insurance and personal information at the time of booking. Insurance benefits are verified as a courtesy and are not a guarantee of payment. Any balance not covered by insurance is the responsibility of the client. Cancellation and no-show policies may apply and will be communicated at the time of booking.
